【Returns, Defective Items, and Cancellations】
Orders that have been officially confirmed cannot be canceled or returned. However, in cases of vendor error, we will promptly handle returns or exchanges. Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product.


【Return Shipping Fees】
If there is an issue with products, damage during shipping, or if the wrong item is delivered, return shipping will be covered by us.


【Defective Items】
