Additional Fees

A 10% consumption tax applies (all product prices displayed on the website are tax-inclusive). Shipping fees and bank transfer fees may also apply depending on the order.

Delivery Period

  • Products that do not require framing: Items will generally be shipped within 10 days after payment confirmation.

  • Products that require framing: Items will generally be shipped within 15 days after the framing specifications are finalized.

  • If you wish to request a custom frame, please consult with us via the comments/notes section when ordering.

  • The above shipping timelines do not apply if we need to contact you to clarify or confirm order details.

  • Please note that delivery dates may vary slightly due to traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns, Defective Items, and Cancellations

Once an order is officially confirmed, we cannot accept any cancellations or returns. However, in the event of any error or negligence on our part, we will promptly process a return or exchange. Please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the product.

Return Shipping Costs

If the product is defective, damaged during transit, or if an incorrect item has been delivered, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Defective Items

  • While we make every effort to ensure the highest quality of our products, if an item is defective or incorrect, we will promptly replace it (or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable) at our expense.

  • Please notify us via email within 7 days of the product's arrival. We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot accept requests for returns or exchanges after this 7-day period has elapsed.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery destination and the specific items purchased, and will be charged in addition to the product price.
